They are the worst non customer service based dealership in Columbus. No knowledge in what they sell with corporate and Andy the sales manager should fired!

Their sales department has some pretty good people in it. Their service department cycles through employees like crazy. I came in the other day and like they had an entire new staff. Aside from that, they can`t balance tires on the first try. Be prepared to have them pull your car in the back and let it sit for an hour a half, then have a mechanic work on it for 2 minutes and bring it up to you.

Everyone at Dennis Hyundai was fantastic! Not only was everyone friendly and eager to help, but they were professional and informative as well. Tom Ucker worked to get me into the car I wanted at the price I needed. I absolutely love my 2011 Sonata and couldn`t be happier with it. I highly recommend this dealership to others in the market for any new or used car.

I am glad I came in a test drove the Tucson. I was thinking about getting a Toyota but have heard such great things about the Hyundai. It has alot more features and the price was right. Thank you so much for answering all my question.

replacement car.
When I walked into the dealership at no time did I feel pressure from anyone. I felt like I was talking with friends. I bought my car because of the deal I was getting and how honest everyone was with the price of my car. I can tell you that when my second car dies I will go back to see John and everyone at the dealership and buy my replacement car.

excellent.
the service was excellent. roy (i believe that was the service rep`s name) was very courteous and helpful. also, the person i talked to at the hyundai call center was very helpful. she went out of her way to call the dealer and check to make sure my repairs were covered under warranty. i have only had the car for a few weeks but so far the experience has been excellent.

I had an excellent experience.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. At no time was I rushed or pressured. My father and I drove many cars and never once did Bob Dean get impatient. He was able to match a price offered at another dealership and really met us halfway and treated us fairly. I am completely comfortable/satisfied with the decision that I made- I love my 2010 Hyundai Accent. It has everything that I was looking for in... view more a car.
