I owned an Audi years ago and shortly after I purchased it I had problems with the shifting of gears. I live right down the road from here and decided after calling many dealerships and having them tell me I needed a new tranny to give this place a shot. Now I won`t say the owner was the friendliest person in the world but I will say that rather than telling me I needed a new tranny he informed me I most likely only ... view moreneeded a "switch" to be replaced. Not only did he work on my car but he washed it as well. I never had a problem with it again. I think the previous reviewer made a mistake just in purchasing a used Audi. These cars are very tempermental and do not perform correctly once they have been tinkered with. The only warning I have for this place is the price. While he knows his stuff these cars are far from from cheap to work on. I myself stick to Toyota or Lexus from here on out.
