They took really good care of me the morning after my accident, picked me up and brought me over to deal with the paperwork, even offered to pay for my rental since I didnt have rental coverage on my insurance policy. I was told initially that it will take a week and a half to get my car back, considering the damages I knew it would take over two weeks, if not more, to have it repaired. I got my car back a month and ... view morea half later... Yes, very upsetting, considering lost income and such... However, I went there instead of calling, and spoke with the owner. Without any hesitation, they waived my deductible. They also took care of the damages that my insurance company failed to estimate. In addition, they put on new tires (purchased by me) for free and detailed both the inside and the outside of my car before I got it back. They even fixed and painted damages that were completely unrelated to the accident. Overall, they have done over $1000 worth of body work for me for free. They run their business in a somewhat old fashioned way, and do not practice the best communication with their customers, which may explain the poor reviews. However, everyone I dealt with has a huge heart and a ton of compassion. Not only my car looks better than it did before I crashed it - exceptional workmanship - I also made new friends, and I am actually planning on bringing my mom`s car to this shop to fix some scratches. I guess your experience with a business depends not only on their operations, but also on your personality and how you deal with people. Despite my initial frustration with their service, I am extremely happy with the overall experience. If you plan on taking your car to them, or if your car is already there - talk to them. Dont sit and wait. And tell them about the only positive review you found on the web - they will know who wrote it :)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They are scam artists for sure. They use Toe trucks to sucker people to have your car serviced by them. Then they will sucker you to have your insurance money sent directly to them. You will then hear nothing from them, until you realize, and call them. Then they will lie and come up with reasons why it?ˆ™s taking so long. They told me they were waiting for a certain part that was back... view moreordered. I found out by going to a local dealer, that they had every part in stock and that the have dealt with these guys before. Recently they told me up front that they are known for being scam artists and have been doing this for years. Long story short, I had to get a lawyer involved, to get them to get it done. When it was ?ˆ?done.?ˆ? I came to inspect it, and they did a terrible job. My front rim had some damage to it. Instead of using my insurance money to get a new one, they grinded down the burrs, then swapped it with the rear wheel?ˆ¦.( Like I wouldn?ˆ™t have picked that up). My fog lights were popping off, and overall did a half a** job. They had my car for two months and repaired it all in probably a day. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! These guys are nothing but criminals preying on people and will steal your money, and do terrible work. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!! IF YOUR CAR IS THERE GET IT OUT!!!! I learned the hard way and I am not paying for it. I had nothing but anger and frustration for the Past two months it?ˆ™s been there. Learn from my mistake. Go with your Insurance companies Preferred repair centers, or better yet, take it to your car dealers?ˆ™ collision center.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Upon hearing of my accident started getting phone calls at 8:00 a.m. the very next day. And continued to get called every hour on both home phone as well as cell phone hourly. This company had merely been mentioned to me as a body shop that a friend had previously used. My intentions were to get an estimate from them as well as 2 other shops recommended by other friends. My insurance i... view morenvestigator went to this shop and issued an estimate for the repair of my vehicle. At which time he informed me I could use any body shop of my choice. The owner of the shop had his friend call me and tell me I did not have that choice and was obligated to leave my vehicle at this shop and this shop only. After several threatening calls telling me I could not remove my vehicle , I was left standing in the parking lot with the tires removed and owner gone for the day. I am very uncomfortable with the treatment I received as well as the intense pressure to have the body work done here. I have every intention of notifing my adjuster and letting him know I do not want these people working on my vehicle as I would be uncomfortable ever going there again under any circumstances.
