HONEST!!!

It`s no wonder that Fred has been in business so long. . . .He`s honest...He & his team are one of the best auto repair shops around...On a recent trip there after my VW Jetta `s warranty ran out with the dealer and the engine light went on they found I needed a tune up...Work done and the next day the engine light went on ..Paniced I called Fred he said bring it right in..( A saturday afternoon ..unheard of @ the d... view moreealer) They tested it & turned out to be catalytic converter...a $1500.00 job ....Fred told me to call the dealer as although the car was out of warranty they still had to cover my catalytic converter through an EPA law....He was RIGHT!!!! I would have never known and paid the $1500.00 to Fred...HONEST!!!! All that diagnostic and FREE....He didn`t charge me for finding out what was really wrong with it.......So the dealer saw myJetta for the last time and I`m sure will see my Jetta (actually both of them as I have 2) the next time I need service......GREAT JOB KNEBLES!!!!!!

A change

Courteous and efficient service is A pleasant surprise for me, a recent newcomer to the area. A comfortable place to wait while a knowledgeable staff diagnoses and services my car. Would highly recommend.
