These people giving 1-star reviews are out of their minds, or more likely they work for the service dept. at the nearby Chrysler dealership. Kevin at Hopewell is the ONLY mechanic that I trust. He won`t sell you BS or cheap parts, but he also will give you a square deal every time. I call a week ahead of time when I need a servicing and they always get me in conveniently. If my car breaks, I can leave it in their lot after hours and they`ll get to it ASAP.

They`re not willing to work with you to get you in for any fixes needed. In addition to that, the woman that answers the phone has a massive attitude if you can`t fit their schedule. Avoid this place at all costs.
