Nice work but takes forever...

I`ve had my car in there twice now and they always take weeks longer then they quote. The work they do is good, but if you`re paying for a rental while your car is getting fixed, it starts to get pricey... not to mention where`s your patience thin every time you hear it "should" be done tomorrow!
