I`ve been dealing with Direct ...

I`ve been dealing with Direct drive for about a year now. The service provided is top notch as far pricing, servicing, credibility, skills etc. I`ve never been so comfortable with a mechanic before until i met these guys. Their knowledge makes you comfortable with the process. On 3/29 my car was rear ended consequently crashing the vehicle in front creating a sandwich effect. On 3/30 Direct Drive picked up my car fro... view morem Staten Island, dealt entirely with my insurance and kept me up to date with the entire process - i didn`t have to call for updates or what not because they took it to their own hands and provided such service. I highly recommend them for any type of car!!!. P.S. Don`t expect to be greeted with tea or cappuccino this is a straight up shop where skills and knowledge is their primary base!

THE BEST BODY AND MECHANIC SHOP IN BK

I WAS LOOKING FOR A SHOP TO FIX MY DAMAGES ON MY SENTRA AND CALLED THE SHOP THE OWNER, NAUM, PICKED UP THE PHONE HE TOLD TO STOP BY SHOP. I WORK IN LONG ISLAND AND HE WAITED ME FOR 2 HOURS AND DROPPED ME OFF BY RENT A CAR, WHICH ADVERSE INSURANCE PAID FOR RENTAL. HE EVEN OFFERED TO PICK ME UP FROM RENTALS AND DROVE ME TO HIS SHOP. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO HIS SHOP AND MY FRIENDS ALREADY LIKE THE SHOP.
