"JoeKelly" I think your full of it. Hater. I have had nothing but satisfaction. As far as the police not taking their cars there anymore, the township has their own mechanic...get your facts first pal. Don`t listen to that guy, highly recommend the place.

There are a small handful of p...

There are a small handful of people they are honest with, but they screw over a larger handful. I took my car there for inspection a couple of years ago, they charged me for emissions when i was under the millage that makes you exempt(didn`t know at the time that i was exempt). They also had me pay for an oxygen sensor, and told me i needed the other before next inspection. Also paid for other things that were not ne... view morecessary. I put out money to try to fix the emissions problems using the minimum needed to get a fail sticker. I went the next year to get the other sensor fixed. Left it there most of the morning and someone verified my uneasiness and I went to get my car. I started the car and it was loud like the sound a muffler with a hole, but it was coming from the front. Got an attitude when i asked him to come outside to hear it. He tried to tell me it was the muffler.I straightened that out. they have a rep for doing this. Then he told me the sensor was pulled. They pulled my sensor out w/o having the other part to replace it. I`m not a mechanic but I have common sense...duh. I asked him to put it back. he refused and said i had to wait for the other mechanic,who was Chris. I waited til later and went back. They wanted to put it back. I told them to give me the part. I then took it to an honest mechanic. Found out that they purposely blew out my sensor. The problem I was having with my car had nothing to do with any sensors, it was the EGR valve. THEY DON`T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! I went back after i had to spend unnessesary money and confronted him. He smiled from ear to ear and said to prove it. I worked with someone last year that took there car there and spent over $400 and it still wasn`t fixed. Also new someone that had breaks done and they were put on backwards. That put their kids in danger. Isn`t that like mechanics 101 ?!?! What is funny is that the police do not take their cars there anymore.

Always great service

I have been going to lee`s auto all my life and they have always done an excellent job at a reasonable price. I have been impressed by their ability to handle my 1969 mustang 302ci, my 1996 mistang 5.0, and my 2002 accord as they are all very different cars with very different needs. Keep up the good work lee`s and i will see you again the next time i need a hand.
