Had $1000 job done at this place to replace my hood, and add some oem add ons (body moldings & hood deflector).
When hood deflector was installed, it had scraped the hood that was just replaced. The new paint was scratched at the clamps.
I went back same day that I picked up and asked if this was normal. The owner who did the install goes on about how it`s normal since it`s aftermarket and that`s why peopl... view moree don`t use hood deflectors. Goes on saying if it`s rocks on the road then it could scratch up the hood too.
Well 1) I just paid 800 for a newly painted hood 2) the deflector installation done just scratched it. 3) rocks on the road can`t be avoided but a poor install can.
And instead of taking accountability, I get excuses and no assurances from a job that also happened to be delayed. I was told it would take 2 days. They gave me the `finished` product in 3.
Please go somewhere else if you can. I never write bad reviews but am upset and sad with how our business ended.
