Reviews:
Horrible knowledge, workmanship & Customer Service
Just another automotive shop taking advantage of customers. They don`t care about repeat customers as their main goal is to get as much out of you the first time around. Even their own employees have told me they wouldn`t go there! That tells you something. They recommend wrong parts, then when they don`t work right, they charge the customer to take it out and ""TRY"" again. They blame something on one thing, and its... view more something else causing the issue, but that`s after you replaced a part that wasn`t causing the issue to begin with. They bad mouth each other, their owner, other organizations and other customers. Total lack of respect for people paying their salary..the customers! They might be able to do an oil change, but beyond that, go ANYWHERE else. If they could charge you for breathing, they would !! Regarding other posts..you get what you pay for..I wish that were true. Here, you get what you paid for (plus 50-100% mark-up) and then pay for things you don`t need or were damaged because of poor workmanship and knowledge. And being a woman...GOD, if you only knew what I`ve heard them say about women customers and women in general. You can imagine and believe me, its as disrespectful as you can get. It discusses me, and I`m a male (with morals). I think female`s are taken care of better here than males. Why? Child mentality that if take care of ""her"", she`ll somehow like me! They want to flirt and be flirted with..bottom line! If you have any self respect, you`d run the other way. Regarding the post on tires...they just call TireRack com and have them shipped to them when you request a tire. You can do that yourself and save a lot of money. They do the same thing you can do and then just jack the price up as much as possible to take advantage of you. I`ve seen first hand how they talk to customers (on the phone, face-to-face or behind their backs) and they are so far removed from the basic customer service principles that its hard to believe they are actually in business. I assume its just because of demand, not because of service. I`ve also come to find that every person I`ve talked to in this area has the same feeling of them. They may have used their service once, but that was enough to make the educated decision to not return. Business there certainly can`t be by word of mouth...at least not from anyone I`ve talked to. I could write a book about what they don`t do right! SEEK A BETTER ALTERNATIVE !!!!

Will rip you off
Avoid going there!!! They are big scam
Yesterday, I went to the Nelson Auto for PA state inspection and they did oil change, brake pad change, and rear wind sheild wiper for $423. Nelson auto will rip you off and they have one of the wrost customer service, very very rude . They told me that that I have to change my transmission oil for $250 and when I told them that I had it only last month, he was like that... view more your transmission oil is brown and as per them it needs to be change for $250.
It was my lazyiness that my inspection got expired in July and I have to get it done ASAP, as we were already in August so I had no choice but to get rip off by them and took the advantage of it.
