I had two bad experiences with...

I had two bad experiences with this business. The first was last year when I was quoted $300.00 to tint the windows on my Toyota Land Cruiser and ended up being charged $330.00. I let that one slide because it was a big truck and went back to them to tint my new Camaro two weeks ago. The job came out horrible. It looks like they never cleaned the windows before applying the tint...there is dirt and bubbles trapped un... view morederneath. Not just a speck here and there but the entire freaking thing!!! I went back and asked them to fix the problem and they refused. They gave me some run around and said they cant do it because it wont look good and will ruin the car. This place is a rip off and I`m never going there ever again. I`m going to have this horrible tint job fixed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. BEWARE!!!

2 Hour Auto Glass is a waste of time and money

I called and spoke to Joe for a price on window tint. I went there and he gave an excuse of it`s $30 more after working on it for 15 minutes. He wouldn`t compromise at all. Fine, at least It`ll be done, and that`s it, right??? I paid, take the car a little upset with my purchase, the next day, I notice that the tint doesn`t cover all the way to the top of my back window. Yup, I see light when I look through my r... view moreearview mirror through this sloppily cut line when it`s sunny. Don`t waste your time or your money. It`s not even worth my while to go back and deal with this dirty, chop shop. My advise is go elsewhere.

LIED... LEFT BUBBLES ON TINTS by Steven1313

Hey Steve I worked at 2 hour auto glass from 1992-2000. They have been there the length of time they say. Also I know from experience that my balls were busted by Barry and Joe to fix any problems that a customer had. They always said ""after the sale its the service that counts"" and they stick to that.

Great Service

Harry`s a great guy and runs a professional business with courteous and knowledgeable staff...Talked with him for about 25min while I waited to get my Van`s windows tinted and before I knew it_ the job was completed In under an hr!!...On my way to Inspect the job I looked over and there was Harry...Adjusting the reception on a TV In the waiting room so that a Lady/customer could watch Judge Alex and he even turned a ... view moreheater on and pulled It close to her leg...Now If that`s not going above and beyond to please your customers!...Tell me what is??...Finally got to my Van and I was impressed, a damn good job and at the price he quoted me over the phone!...I highly recommend him and I`d refer his establishment to all my friends and anyone else for that matter...Happy Holidays Harry! Great and Quick!

Upon seeing that my car window had been smashed Saturday in the awful nasty, weather..2 Hour Auto Glass said to come in and they`d fix it right away. While other places had said I`d have to wait at least a week. When i pulled up, he was even waiting outside for me to show me which garage to pull into. LIED... LEFT BUBBLES ON TINTS

my name is steven from queens. well i need my car tints to be done fast so i went to 2 hour glass n tiniting. before i went i gave them a call and they said it would cost me 150 but when i went in they some how charged me 30 dollars more because i wanted 20 percent on the back windows so he charged 180 dropped it a little after negotiation but was still to high. well 3 hours later my tints were done.. seemed fine but... view more noticed alot of small bubbles on the tints on every single window so i was pissed because for that price i could of gone to a place were they do computer cuts and wont leave anytype of bubbles. i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone getting tints please listen and you wont regret it. PLUS they are lying about the year they opened infront of the store it says 1988 and online and there website it says 1987. I did some investigation and found out they opened about 5 years ago. the reason they put 1987 is so customers feel more secure when getting there warranty so people know they have been there for a long time.

Awful Service and Inefficient

We went to this place and were given once price quote received another We were told it was going to take 20 minutes it took 3 hours and they couldn`t fix the glass properly. We were lied to about what kind of glass we were getting and the price of the glass. We went to Joe`s on 7th avenue and 19th street it was half the price and finished in 20 mins and they fixed the window properly.
