I`ve had a few experiences with other "luxury" service departments and nothing compares to Douglas Infiniti. I come in before heading to work at 7am, Alexis has me out in minutes. There is no waiting around for a loaner or a ride to the train. Even the guys who move my car are always quick to help. From the hours to the quality work and professionalism I would never go anywhere else

I have purchased 3 Infinitis from Douglas and while I would definitely recommend the sales department, I continue going back to Douglas especially because of their service department. I have worked with Alexis for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience. She knows my cars, treats me like family and is an asset to the company!!
