courteous and friendly

I needed a car ASAP, as I just got my license and needed transportation because we moved to the suburbs. The sales guy I got was Troy. I`m usually good with vibes and when I met Troy I knew he would work in my favor--no slick sales games or confusion. All I wanted was something reliable, nothing pretty. Just a car with no previous accidents and preferably a previous owner who did not smoke (allergies). Troy was cou... view morerteous and friendly to me. Since this was my first car, I did need a few things broken down to me, and I`m pretty sure I asked some silly questions, but Troy was cool in answering them. I ended up getting a nice deal on a 99 Hyundai which has given me no problems so far. We are planning to upgrade to a 2011 because of the gas mileage we get out of the one I have and I will be asking for Troy again.

it was a great experience

I walked in and Doug introduced himself and from then on it was a great experience. We talked about what I wanted and he showed us what he had. I went for a test drive which sold me on the Sante Fe. next we went to his desk to talk Price. Me and my girl friend started beating him up.
