I wish I listened to other folks here but decided to visit AMA cars instead. Mitch, or whatever his name is, rude and shows no interest in his customers. He probably made tons of money on someone like you and me if he can afford to loose clients so easy. Don`t be fooled by their cars selection as you are not going to find a deal breaker over there. My husband and I had an unpleasant experience and we strongly reccome... view morend to do some research before you decide to visit AMA cars.

BE WARNED NOT TO BUY A CAR FRO...
BE WARNED NOT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a 2007 Nissan Murano semi-used(47000 miles on it). It was during a snow day where the snow was covering a lot of the dings and nicks on the car. The salesman, Jim Johnson(bald guy), assured me that at some point, they would take care of all those nicks and dings on the car. He told me that its better to wait until summertime to do this. Summertime final... view morely came, and i called them millions of times. Every time i would call, the rude and moronic salesman there would always tell me, "Jims not in. " or "Mitch(the owner) is not in." when they were clearly there but probably told the salesman to tell me that theyre NOT in. this went on the WHOLE summer! When I finally got to schedule the job(Nov 1 yesterday), the owner of AMA (Mitch) tells me that this detail job would NOT fix the dings and scratches but its just a buff and clean job. The whole point was that Jim told me that he would get the nicks and dings fixed and it turns out that they just buffed and waxed it BUT IT STILL HAS THE SCRATCHES AND DENTS ETC! Theres no talking to these people. They will not do what they promise and communication sucks. They deserve to go BK if yu ask me. And they are lucky I didnt punch them in the face. Do NOT buy from this place.

unprofessional&dishonest
I purchased a vehicle six months ago in OCT.08. and it has been an unpleasent situation from the begining. We were treated very well until the paper work was signed. On the way home which is an hour away i realized a shimmy while breaking due to bad rotors.I informed ama cars and they said no problem bring it in the following saturday at 9am. After driving an hour from my home i arrived at 9am and was told no one new o... view moref the appointment to wait for the dealer to arrive which was 10am. By 11:15 am after waiting patiently for 2hr&15min. I went to question the dealer what was the delay. At that time i was screamed at and humiliated by the Manager in front of everyone in the dealership.I stepped outside to wait to speak with the dealer to avoid a confrontation with the Manager. After waiting outside for 10 minutes the Manager storms outside and confronts me in a threatning manner and asks me what am i looking at and informs me that he is not going to fix the rotors.Needless to say the dealer called me to apologize for the manager. And ask me to return the to have the car repaired. As for the dealer the day i purchased the car he told me the navigation disk was in the dealership. After signing the paper work i was told there was no disk that he will mail me one which i still have not received.I was also told there was akey in the glove compartment with the owners manual which there was not.I just had to purchase a spare key for $204.00. Before buying a car from these people do your research.
