Never going there again

Well... He fixed the issues I went in for at a fair price. The price wasn`t high but was not low either. The problems I have with him though is the rude staff like receptionist the manager himself. He adjusted my back brakes. I went to 2 other places to get a quote on front brakes and both told me my bearings on back brakes, my drums on back brakes are bad and I have hardly no brakes. When I went back there to ask wh... view morey he didn`t tell me, he got VERY defensive and rude. He checked my back brakes again, showed me them and STILL did not disclose what 2 other auto shops disclosed. He said everything was normal wear and tear.

THEY CHARGED ME 102.70 FOR LABOR FOR A HALF AN HOURS WORK? Then my bill came to 157$. Obviously this was a total rip off. I dropped the car off to find out why my brake light was not working and they replaced the switch and pigtail for it. It took them less than a half an hour to install these parts. Even worse the man I talked to on the phone, who seemed to be in charge (possibly the manager) refused to give me i... view morenformation that I needed over the phone and gave me a bad attitude. Leaving me to think they were fixing more than they did, but it was mostly labor costs. He said he didn`t have time to talk about my car that i was paying for over the phone and treating me as if I wasn`t a customer. I guess this place is treating people with disrespect and overcharging them. I was going to get my exhaust work done, brakes and my regular oil changes, but what they did was unacceptable so I will go elsewhere with all of the cars and urge everyone to AVOID ANY CAR REPAIRS WITH THEM since they are unreasonable.

Mr.Brakes is the best place to...

Mr.Brakes is the best place to go to get you car serviced. The staff isknowledgeable and the cost if very friendly (no hiden cost). If you go any where else to car service i must say my friend you must like shelling out a ton of money. If you cant stay and wait for your car to be done, Paul (the Manager) will drop and pick you up. Awesome Service

I orginally took my car to the &quot;More than Brakes&quot; shop in Turnersville, they should be called &quot;MORE THAN JERKS&quot; the manager / owner John treated me poorly, so i took my car to the Mr. Brakes Shop in Blackwood. Great business

Mr. Brake auto care employees are very caring and understanding about the prices and time it takes to work on cars. good deals

I came into mr. brakes about three weeks ago, I told them I was a full-time student and was tight on cash, they were willing to work with my to lower my price, they even gave me a ride back to my school so that I wouldnt miss my class! I even sent my mother there and they gave her a good deal as well, the manager and staff are very friendly!
