This place is ridiculous, I was in an accident and decided to get an estimate from Steve`s Collision. The person informed me that it is only going to take a half an hour or so to do the estimate. I ended up dropping off my car there because I was injured in the accident, and didn`t feel like waiting there. I dropped my car off around 2:30-3 PM, and I expected a call from them shortly after, never got a call so 10 min... view moreutes before they closed I gave them a call they informed me that they weren`t able to get the estimate done with my car and it was going to stay there over night, and they will call me in the morning and let me know the estimate for the insurance. Well they opened at 7:30 AM, and it was around noon when I called, and they were just getting started with the estimate for my car.

The worst body shop in the West

My wife had a accident and brought her car to steve`s while I was out of town. When I got back I went to look at my cary the owner Steve was there and not very nice. I looked at other cars in the shop and saw how poorly the was were being done on them short cuts everywhere, dirt everywhere. I asked the owner Steve not to work on the car anymore but he said my wife told him to so to bad. I asked again and a... view moregain not to work on my car but he said my wife signed an agreement. When I got the car out of the shop it was so bad I had to pay another body shop twice the money to fix it again the right way. I could go on and on but just know this DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. The work is really bad and the owner treated me even worst then the repair, go to any shop but this one. Anyone want photos let me know

Wow!!! Great Job!!!!

I hit a dear on my way to Lassen National Park. After limping my car back home to Reno, I was lucky enough to be referred to Steve`s Collision Center. They were kind enough to provide me with a rental car, as I did not have coverage. The staff was friendly and helpful. The repairs were excellent!! Quick and Professional Service

Steve`s Collision Center repaired my Escalade and I am so happy! I would recommend them to anybody who is concerned about their car repairs. The color match was perfect and it drives like new again!
