this place is a ripoff!! they knew i was desperate for a car, and was down on my luck. i have come in with a grand down and had been without a car for over 2 weeks and needed to get to and from work. stephen knew how desperate i was but i told him i needed a RELIABLE vehicle for my family. i got a POS!! had nothing but problems from day 1! took it in several times before i was basically told to kick rocks. here i am ... view more5 months later, transmission going out, and took it to a tranny shop, and they said it was an issue from before i bought it since the magnet that collected the metal shaving was removed! WTF?!? as well as the sylenoid pack leaking like crazy and an oil leak bad. tony said he would see if we maybe we can get some help paying for a used tranny to get put in since i still owe money on the car and cant afford this, yet when i call to speak with him about what is going on, he avoids me. i would never recommend this place to anyone. seems like they fix up the cars just enough to get rid of them and say screw off when your car falls apart right after you buy it. i will be reporting them to the DMV to hopefully either get what money i have put into the damn thing back or to make them pay for the transmission that had been tampered with before i bought it.

Sold me a car they knew was de...
Sold me a car they knew was defective. Broke down second day we had it and is still doing so... Engine light keeps coming on with different codes each time. Car has had to be towed twice. They sent it to a shop of their choosing and then Dave the owner of Quality, went and threatened the people there for telling us that we should request another vehicle. (Still will not release the paperwork on that visit.) Dave went... view more as far to fallow our car over to another shop in town and spoke to that mechanic! When up on the rack we found that it has bad undercarriage damage as well. I did request a warranty when I purchased the car. The warranty they did give me was a substandard policy that would not accept any claims!!. When I ask Toni if he thought he was doing good business he replied with a giggle YES! I cant say but you know where this has to end up.
