Never had a good experience at Champion, Just made reservation in Carson with Hohl. All I expect is to be treated like I would want to be treated and honesty. Needless to say Champion has made me question if I will ever buy another Chevy again ( I have owned 6 Suburbans). Service Department Sucks and I feel my car is held hostage

What a bunch of nincompoops. I only needed a new battery and it took two day for the doofuses to finally get to it. I finally had to call and raise hell. The operator is just as bad and only interested in dumping you into voice mail....THE UNSERVICE DEPARTMENT....sheesh...
