I recently had one of my vehicles serviced here last month. There was something wrong with the engine and I researched the prices that I was quoted by Newby?ˆ™s because I?ˆ™m a very thorough customer. The parts and labor that Newby?ˆ™s quoted were about the same everywhere I looked. Some of the aftermarket parts I found online were more affordable, but I would rather pay a little bit extra what?ˆ™s recommended than have a... view moren issue down the road. Newby?ˆ™s put in a timing chain kit and I have driven probably 6-7k miles since with no issues. I had another vehicle that was serviced in September 2012 that needed a crankshaft senor and lower controller arm replaced and it?ˆ™s running great now. All in all I give Newby?ˆ™s a 5/5 star review for their quality of work, competitive prices, and the fact that you truly feel like a valued customer and not just someone they want to turn over for a profit as quickly as possible.

I have had both of my vehicles worked on at Newby?ˆ™s and am extremely pleased with the outcome. I?ˆ™ve always been weary of using the big name chain shops for mechanical work and was pleased to find this family owned shop just up the street from my house. I had a great experience with Newby`s Automotive, so much in fact I had to write this review. The guys did a solid job on my car and it was returned right when they said it would be. Price was fair and so was the warranty. Very pleased with the way I was treated, appreciate the hard work and honest service!
