I have had numerous experiences at Team Ford Lincoln. The service I have received has been above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. After reading the previous review, I found myself compelled to write this statement. First thing, what kind of battery dies while the vehicle is engaged and in motion? I have had dead batteries in my lifetime and I have never paid that much. Having battery issues here in Las Vegas isn`t uncommon. It`s 100+ degrees, dry and dusty. Secondly, I believe I know the sales manager you are referring to. I find it impossible that she would have said the things you are claiming she said. In the event that your recollection of the conversation could be incorrect, I would like to introduce a couple of words as well as their definitiion to you. Defamation?ˆ”also called calumny, vilification, or traducement?ˆ”is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal action to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. Wether in their control or not. We now live in a society where so many are looking for something for nothing and refuse to take accountabilty for anything. Just accept that things just happen. And when you don`t get the answer you wanted, think about it before you slander another person just because you don`t like the answer you have received.

Over Charged. Ridiculous Bill!

On 3-15-2012, I took my 06 Mercury Grand Marquis which is well maintained, in excellent condition and only has 11,897 miles to this dealership for an annual Inspection and Change of Oil. Which was supposed to cost $40.00. Richard, immediately sold me a Bill of Goods, even before the Car was inspected. He insisted it was time to replace the battery, which he claimed was a very special (FORD BATTERY?) which can on... view morely be purchase through Ford Dealerships and charged me 133.00. He never even discussed all the extra charges which they were going to add on. However, I just realized this same Battery, could be purchased at similar dealerships, contrary to what he said, for only $99.00. They also padded the Bill with extra charges, for nothing else, bringing it up to $192.37 It was quite obvious, they took advantage of me as a ""Senior Lady"" in every way from the moment I drove in to this ""Team Ford Dealer Ship"". I will never, ever return to that place again or recommend them. LADIES & GENTLEMEN BEWARE!

Stay far away!!!

We went into this dealership with very specific needs. After HOURS at the dealership, I walked out while my significant other stayed. The next day we were bombarded with calls and texts trying to tell us they had met our numbers and so much more. In reality the salesman had made assumptions and manipulated our budget to what HE thought would work, not at all what we had asked for. He then attempted to put the blame o... view moren me and even responded to an email in a very demeaning way. However he sent my partner a very nice text message. I forwarded the email to his supervisor but in the end I never even recieved so much as an apology. The exact words from the salesman were: ""Since you didn`t buy anything, you didn`t get yourself into any situation you didn`t want to be in."" No acknowledgement of the hours we spent there and the fact that not once did he listen to what we truly needed. It really felt like there was no respect or regard for the woman of the house and the only person he was nice to was the male. Never again will I step foot in this dealership and I would recommend that people stay far, far away.
