I bought my Acura TSX at this dealership after minimal haggling. I don`t know if it`s the higher-end brand or just this dealership, but I felt much less pressure here than when buying a car in the past. I also do my service here, and they`re fantastic, albeit slow.

Bought my 2008 TSX here, and loved the experience compared to other vehicles I`ve purchased. I`m actually here now getting an oil change, which is a steal compared to other shops around town: 3 oil changes for $50! Would much rather wait for my car to be serviced here... fridge full of free sodas and water, and usually they have snacks like bagels and donuts. I purchased my MDX here

I purchased my MDX here over a year ago and can`t say that I`ve ever had a nicer car-buying experience. Everyone from the salesman to the finance guy to the cashier at the service desk was so friendly. I go back to get my oil changed there and it is seriously the most pleasurable oil change you`ll ever get.

Easiest

Easiest and most pleasant car purchase thus far! Chris Biehl the sales manager really went above and beyond normal dealer expectations. Everyone was extremely pleasant and courteous during the entire process. As far as the car is concerned....what a ride! If you havent experienced the new TL make sure to check it out, incredible ride!

Not straight forward with their customers

Acura of Las Vegas makes you feel like you are getting a good deal with their multiple oil change package for one low price. They advertise that they will service any vehicle with this package, reguardless of make or model.
So, when I traded my Acura for a BMW and came in for my oil change, they informed me they were not willing to touch my vehicle because of its ""complicated mechanics"" and the liability associ... view moreated. What? So you are saying you don`t trust yourself to do a simple oil change???
So, I said fine, ""refund me the difference for the other two oil changes I paid for and didn`t recieve them and I will take my business elsewhere"". They refused. They tried to claim that they had expired, which I checked my contract and they had not. Oh, you should have read the fine print because the deal expires within one year?
The reality was they were pissed off that I no longer owned and Acura and that I didn`t buy my new vehicle from them. Don`t get me wrong, Acuras and Hondas are some of the best most reliable vehicles you could ever own (I`ve had 6). But the people that live in Las Vegas are forced to deal with the one shop in town so they think they can pull anything they want. And yes, Henderson Acura is their sister store.
The service manager was rude to me, lied to my face, and refused to honor their agreement even though I had it in writing. I would highly recommend that you reconsider before going there for your business.

Acura of Las Vegas--BUYER BEWARE

I write on behalf of a second language learner who was taken advantage of at Acura of Las Vegas. The facts are as follows: Mom purchased a car from Acura of Las Vegas six years ago. Having an established relationship with them, she returned to the dealership looking to purchase a car for $36,000 (no more than $38,000 out the door). During the negotiations, a salesman handed her a slip of paper with the amount... view more of $38,054.10 on it. Mom initialed it, as she was under the impression this was the out the door price for Acura. She put the $5,000.00 deposit on her Wells Fargo Visa and proceeded to sign the paperwork, finalizing the purchase of the car late SATURDAY night, SUNDAY Mom looked over the paperwork and realized Acura charged her $42,000.00 for the car
