Look elsewhere!
I am VERY disappointed in my overall experience. I specifically requested OEM glass before arriving to have my windshield replaced - during my initial phone conversation. After I arrived my car was pulled into the shop while I started the claim process with my insurance company. When I finished with the claim process I was taken out to see my existing windshield nearly pulled out and at the same time shown my ne... view morew windshield which was made in China (my car is German). I was instantly disappointed because this was NOT an OEM windshield but I had decided the window seemed decent enough quality even though it was NOT what I had requested and was told would be used. I normally would have just left and gone somewhere else but my window was already out of the car. Whatever, left the car with the shop overnight to finish up. After picking up the car the next day, I got home and instantly noticed the hood covered with black rubber bits from pulling out the window. After looking over the windshield I noticed the window sits to the passenger side enough that you can parts of the interior that you should normally not see and the rubber on the passenger side of the window that runs along the edge near the door sticks up because the window is too far over. The opposite rubber trim on the other side of the car does not quite cover all parts of the window on that side because the window is sitting too far over to the passenger side. The lower trim was broken from the install and does not sit flush along the lower edge of the window. To top it all off, the inside of the car has bits of rubber all over the floor and just about everywhere else. I regret using this shop to do the work. AND, when I dropped the car there was no other customer in the shop. My point is, not too busy, could have taken a little more time and done the job correctly. I think they just work WAY TOO FAST and as a result, my car looks like crap. I can supply pics for everything mentioned in my review if requested. I chose NOT to contact the shop as I don`t believe they will remedy the situation and quite honestly I`m a little nervous to have them do any more work to my car. I`ve chosen to suck this up as a huge loss and pay out of pocket to have this window replaced by another shop.

Thanks Glass Pro!
I came to Glass Pro for my very first windshield replacement years ago, and was very pleased. I used another company since then to try and save some money, and had a bad experience. I`ve come back to ensure that I get a quality windshield and that it is installed properly. Thanks Glass Pro!

Despite reading some of the mixed reviews , I made the choice to choose GLASS PRO and I am Happy to say that I had great service and I saved some considerable money compared to other companies..

Glass Pro Reno- Lots of headaches and Lies
I`ve choose them because it was the best quote found online. They`ve called me the next day and told me that the price is going to be $145 dollars to replace my car`s cracked windshield. The operator, have told me that, one of their techs will be at my house the next day in the morning to do the job. Everything seemed to be just fine at this point. The next day, they called me 30-60 minutes before the tech showed... view more up. The job was done outside my house on the drive, pretty quick, in about an hour or so. All good. I`ve been called outside to check the new windshield and to pay. Show time! The bill was $194.66. There was a mobile+ moulding charge added to the install. Basically, they`ve charged me $40 extra dollars for showing up at my house, without telling me, from the start, that there will be an additional fee, if the job will be done outside their shop. I`m a teacher, and obviously, I have plenty of time in the summer. And, although $40 isn`t a big amount of money, I would prefer to spend them on something else, and not on paying for somebody to drive to my house. The car was drivable, because there was only a small crack in the glass. This wasn`t the end, though. An hour later, they`ve called me and told me that, by mistake, my debit card has been charged twice. Once $494.66, and then another $194.66. Exactly, an extra $494.66. This is my checking account, and we`re talking almost $500 less. I`ve been assured that the wrong charge has been ""voided"" and the money should be back in my account. Hahahahaha! Funny, right! I`m checking my bank account online, and guess what? The money are not there. I`m $494.66 less. Life is Good! Shortly, it took me 4 calls/1hour of talking with them and their manager to have the illegal charge put back, but the whole thing wasn`t 100% done until the second day`s morning, when the $500 were, finally, showing in the bank. What can I do more than this bad review? Well, I`ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and filled a complaint. I`ve told the manager about it, and he`d laughed. I hope that more people, will read our stories here and take a good decision before having their glass replaced. Our economy is definitely not going to recover with this kind of business ethics. Beware of Glass Pro!

A Great Low-Cost Experience
I was a bit taken aback by the 2 less than stellar reviews, but I couldn?ˆ™t find anyone open on Saturdays and I was commuting to Reno from out of town 3 ?? hours. I reluctantly called and was greeted by Sean. He gave me a great price and we locked in a time at 0900 on Saturday. I arrived on site, had the wind shield installed in less than 40 minutes, and was on the road. A Great professional experience. I would re... view morecommend Glass Pro.

BEST PRICE AND SERVICE IN RENO
This is for the Reno Glass Pro location on Mill St..
This is the second time I have had work done by them, and as usual, they did a great job. The first time I had 3 windows replaced in my 2 yr. old extra cab pickup. They informed me on how to deal with my insurance company, and after a call to my agent, I left the truck . They replaced the windshield, 1 power door window, and 1 side window in the extra cab, a... view morend I was able to pick up the truck that afternoon. That was 7 years ago, and those windows are still in it and I`ve had no problems with Quality or Workmanship (No leaks, etc.). Their prices were the best in the area!!
Yesterday, I called around for 2 hours to find the best deal on a windshield for my 1959 Chevy, and again, Glass Pro had the best price. I was on night shift, so I called ahead and made an appointment and let them know what time I had to go to work. They said they could have it done with time to spare, and sure enough, they were good for their word. They gave me a quality windshield with the factory tint I was looking for.
WILL I RETURN IN THE FUTURE?......IF THEY CAN STILL BE THE PRICE KING, YOU BET!!

worst srevice ever
dont use glass pro,, i traveled two hours to get to glass pro for my appointed time. and had to wait 2 and a half hours while three other cars came and went.. i was told that my vehicle was more difficult to do but i later learned that they did not have the glass and sent out for it and then had lunch,, i was also told that the windshild was not the same but very close and if i wanted the same one i would need to wai... view moret longer and it would cost more. then when i requested the phone number for the corperate office i was given the inside number the the shop i was standing in.

Avoid!
Don?t give them your business! Glass Pro quoted us a decent price to repair a broken side window of a recent model car and then matched the lowest price we were quoted. Jessica was very nice on the phone. Good start, but all downhill from there. 30 minute quote became 2 hours. Then mysteriously a DIFFERENT window than the one they worked on would not go up or down. The manager offered to ?fix? this for a charge... view more. Only when my girlfriend called me to come in and talk to the manager were we taken seriously. Then it was conveniently OK. At the end of the day, the experience of having someone break into our car and steal a laptop was only half as frustrating as the robbery attempted by Glass Pro! (This review was written about the Oakland location, but the manager we worked with claimed that he was the manager of all Nor Cal/Nev, locations including this one.)
