Walker Towing needs to stop ripping people off! Beware!!!

On Oct 29th, my boat and trailer was hit by a drunk driver. Walker towing was dispatched to tow my boat to their yard on SilverWolf Dr in Henderson.
My boat was damaged further when they strapped it to the trailer(Bent S.S. railing=$998, Broken custom window=$950) I ""Was"" going to let this slide as it looked like the drunk drivers insurance was going to pay it anyway.(now they are not)
The Insurance Co. sai... view mored that whatever I paid to get my boat released and moved to a boat shop, they will repay. On Nov. 3rd I paid a total of $1060 (Cash)to the secretary. Now they are saying that I only paid $850. Even though I CLEARLY remember giving the girl $1100 of my HARD earned $$$$$!!!!! When I asked the manager to roll back his video tape to show the actual amount I forked over, He said ""absolutely not!"" When I asked if he has any other documents proving what I paid on Nov 3rd(my birthday no less) He said ""Yes, But Im not going to show you anything"" BEWARE

Best!! In Las Vegas

I was involved in a car accident. Insurance company suggested Walker Towing. Steven was there in 20 minutes. He was so nice and sweet 1st thing he asked if I needed anything and if I was OK.
I`ll tell everyone in Vegas use Walker Towing and ask for Steven..

Great all-around service

I used Walker Towing after my car wouldn`t start while at a gas station. The person who answered the phone was courteous, as well as the tow-truck driver who was on-call that evening. The driver was incredibly courteous and respectful--honestly, some of the better customer service experiences I`ve encountered from any business recently. He explained everything in detail, had sense of humor, opened the door to let m... view moree in and out of the truck`s cab, and even lent a hand to assist me down from the cab. Towing service was a little cheaper than I thought it`d be (I usually estimate a typical towing service to be $80-90).

I regret not asking for a card, but I`m going to keep their number in my address book for future reference. However, I`m hoping that I won`t be needing a tow service again any time soon.
