AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Worst Shop in Las Vegas!!! My girlfriend took her car in to have the engine replaced. We bought the engine new so all they had to do was put it in. To start, they never put the oil plug in so she had to have it towed back to their shop. They have ignored requests from the BBB and several other items they need to address on the car. We will see him in court :-)

Absolute worst shop in Vegas!!!!
My girlfriend took her car in to have the engine replaced. We bought the engine new so all they had to do was put it in. HONEST GREAT WORK
To reply to the review that our company has. Mr. Brown brought his car in and talked with John. We went over several options to help this customer save money and get his car on the road. The vehicle came in to have the radiator replaced. After diagnosing the vehicle we called Mr. Brown with an estimate and he gave the o.k. After we replaced the radiator the vehicle still ran hot, we could not tell at first because we... view more could not drive the vehicle very far because of the bad radiator. We then called Mr. Brown and made him aware of his blown head gasket on his #1 cylinder. After Mr. Brown o.k. us to repair his vehicle, we then removed the engine, heads etc for repair. Took down to machine shop and was told about a new time insert that may be able to repair the vehicle and save the customer lots of money. John then came back to the shop called Mr. Brown and ordered the inserts. Mr. Brown had informed us he had lost his job and would like to save as much money as possible. Then Mrs. Brown called screaming at us that she didnt give her husband permission to spend that kind of money on there vehicle. She wanted the parts put in the trunk and was going to call for a tow truck to come and pick up her vehicle. When The Brown`s arrived with the tow truck she continued to yell at us and the tow truck driver. We helped by putting the car back together so it was moveable and helped push so the driver could tow the vehicle. There was never any damage done to the vehicle as it sat on a lift in the air for weeks. Mrs. Brown has continued her efforts to trash our company name and reputation all over the internet and has even scheduled a court date with small claims. We hate to have this kind of mess associated with our business and we are ready to go to court with all documentation and witnesses reguarding this case. It is unfortunate that people are out there to get stuff for free and trash a good honest hard working company. As far as the damage she is claiming to her vehicle, that was not from our shop and for her to circle on her vehicle the scratch with a sharpie just shows what kind of person we are dealing with. Maybe if Mr. Brown had not lost his job we would not be in this prediciment.

I have proof they have not been truthful
In the earlier statement placed in response to your complaint they stated your wife was yelling at everyone even the tow truck driver. I am holding in my hand a written letter from the tow truck driver stating that is a blatent lie! They have been given 10 day demand letter before I go forward with my cmplaint in small claims court. Today is the 11th day and noting. They even responded to my better business complaint... view more as frivilous. Wow BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
This is a blatent lie. I have filed a complaint with the better Business Bureau as well as began a claim in small claims court. Google and read all reviews by not just me but other dissatisfied customers who have stated he has not honored warranty and created more damage then when the cra was first brought to his shop. Maybe you he should hold a pagent and work on only the ones he deems worthy. My husband and I both agreed to 500 radiator and even an additional 2500 to recondition heads, new head gasket to fix the cylinder 1 misfire he brought to our attention. He then called again stating the bolts were stripping out we needed a new engine for 4000. He just happened to know of one with only 70,000 miles on it. We said no way!!!!!! He then said that he had a more guaranteed steel tap in that would work...why then try to sell me a new engine if you could repair the old one? Why would you try to bolt on the heads without even scraping all of the old gasket off, or reconditioning them? Why would you use the same tap in and drill my block out twice? when it clearly wasn`t working? Being in business for 6 years is not long enough to impress me. BUYER BEWARE please do your homework before you let this shop work on your vehicles. The tow truck driver told me I should sue. I never yelled at him and have a statement saying so. Thanks for the heads up on what you are trying to accuse me of. nice try on playing my husband and I against eachother. However the rollercoaster pricing and the obvious disstain for those who trust you with their vehicles and are not satisfied shows character. Albert E. The foils on the back of my "new" radiator are bent from your taking my engine apart and when I brought it to your attention you said it is new it would still work. I never raised my voice to anyone at that shop except for the employee who tried to close my hydraulic trunk and I told him the battery was not hooked up it would not close. He then slammed my trunk a second time. I then yelled don`t touch my car! I guess making the same mistake twice is a common practice from my opinion of what I experienced at this shop.
