I didn`t want to give them a &amp;amp;quot;...

I didn`t want to give them a &amp;amp;quot;star&amp;amp;quot;..I am very dissatisfied with this &amp;amp;quot;corporation&amp;amp;quot; they call themselves. The customer service was horrible I asked for an owner and they said this is a corporation I said well let me speak to someone above you. Ray had original told us the the valve cover of the engine we purchased was slightly damaged (exact words) a... view morend that the oil pan had a tiny bit of damage as well, the mount by the timing belt was even broken but we decided to give them a shot..we would just replace those items during installation. we received it the oil pan was smashed it looked like they dropped the engine so the drain plug could not be removed to make sure no oil was in there. so we removed it and about 5 quarts of oil plashed out all over our floors..know we have to deal with EPA! that was just the icing on the cake..that was pure laziness. Everybody knows that is illegal to ship a motor with oil still in the engine..and they did. I called and they just laughed at me I got more mad and they just laughed more and said I needed to apologize for my attitude! hah! all I can say is, if this engine does not work..we will see them in court.

people that shouldn`t be in business

I have never in my life been so (disgusted ) by the lack of respect for their customers they were very rude , the main boss over there was screaming obsenities and acting like an animal ,he didn`t even care that there were customers all around . I finaly got to sign in for thier so called pick-a-part the are only little parts and they were trashed , I asked them to locate me another one and they gave me some outrageo... view moreus price and acted as if I was bothering them.I THOUGHT BEING IN BUSINESS WAS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

The first place I go to

My Airc Conditioning compressor went out last summer and I also discovered a leak in my oil pan. These guys were fast and efficient and super friendly. I even forgot to return the wrong oil pan and a year later they not only remembered my name but said it was fine to bring it back for credit. HIGHLY recommended.

My experience was quite the opposite. Manager Ray imposes that I pay a nonrefundable, $200, used part fee before I even see the parts. This is now way to do business, and I will never do business with con artists!!!

Great Customer Service

Although they did not have what I was looking for, they were very courteous and thorough. I was even given the phone number of another place to look for the parts I needed.

This Company is the worst in town!

Scumm bags run this company! The have nothing to offer! The guy who answered the phone could not answer any of my questions, it was as if he was on something or mentaly impaired.
