FOLLOWING IS VERY SMALL SNOPSIS OF MY EXPERIENCE: Courtesy Imports at the Henderson NV Valley Auto Mall has zero INTEGRITY, MORALS, nor VALUES, based on my perception and experience, as witnessed by two others. Sadly, the scams and deceptions they performed on me is sadly and cleaverly within legal limits; Unethical but legal friends. This makes them even more profoundly dangerous and clever. How they sleep at night is beyond me.

We`ve purchased four vehicles from Courtesy

My wife and I have bought a Daewoo, a Mazda and 2 Kia`s from this dealership and never had a problem with the sales or service departments. Sergio Brooks is the only salesman we`ve ever dealt with and he`s the best. I was unhappy with one service person one time and the next time I took my vehicle in for service, he was ""bye bye"". There may be an occasional ""bad apple"" in their barrel but they`ll get rid of it... view more as soon as they`re aware of the problem

BIG MISTAKE IF YOU BUY FROM COURTESY

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING THE SALESMAN CHRIS, HE NOT ONLY ACTED AS IF HE WAS HONEST BUT SO DID THE FINANCIAL PERSON. AFTER REQUESTING THE PRICE ON THE CONTRACT 7 TIMES I FAILED TO FIND OUT THE REAL PRICE UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER WHEN TIME AFTER TIME THEY REFUSED OR COULDN`T GET THE DOCUMENTS WHEN I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP. Best Car Dealership in Nevada

I have been to alot of dealerships in my day and i can honestly say that the Mazda dealership in Henderson on Auto Mall Drive is the best one i have been to... they know how to treat their customers especially the sales person that i had the pleasure dealing with... his name is Chad. Ask for him... he will take care of you!!

THEY ARE SHUTTING THIS PLACE DOWN AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE of Courtesy....I know the in`s and outs of what there doing. They had several stores in the Las Vegas area. They just sold the Mazda store in North Vegas 2010 and are doing all they can to drop the Hendeson Store. The GM Harold hates Las Vegas and want to move back to Chicago. i purchased a used 2004 VW R32 from Courtesy Imports on 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a week and said they could not diagnois the problem so they had it takin to VW. After two days there they said that they had found the problem and they gave me the part list totaling up to $2069.41 being i bought the ext... view moreended warranty they cover a big portion of that.... Come to find out that three of the six bolts holding the flywheel on had come loose....not sure how i only put three hundred miles or less on the car i did that but Courtesy refused to pay for it.... GM, Frank and Service manager Benny and Randy where all shady and rude all gave me the run around.....SECOND i took it in today after only putting 6000 miles on the car in not even a year the tires are wearing uneven and completly bold....Yet again was told ""im s**t outta luck"" Qoute....and that courtesy is and will not pay for anything. HORRIBLE!!

HAD SOME FUEL INJECTORS PUT IN AN 04 ISUZU AXIOM AND THEY OVERCHARGED THE CRAP OUT OF ME AND PUT MY HOOD ON CROOKED? I`M NOT SURE WHY THE TOOK THE HOOD OFF THE CAR TO BEGIN WITH BUT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SPRAERS SHOOT OVER MY CAR NOW! DOESNT EVEN GET THE FLUID ON THE WINDSHILD!! AVOID THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT!!

I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was treated at this place!! I walked in with an 800 credit score and was prepared to spend $50,000 on a car. In making that kind of a purchase I asked the salesman for a breakdown of what I was being charged. The salesman, Troy, actually argued with me and my wife becasue he was attempting to hide the true amount of the sales price of the car. He just kept focusing on the paym... view moreent. We finally got it out of him and it turned out to be $2,800 OVER the advertisied sales price!! I asked him why he was charging us more money than the price of the vehicle and he said that`s how much his General Manager ,Frank, wants to sell it for. We asked to speak to Frank and he snapped at us and said he wasnt there. He said Frank would be back in an hour, hoping we would get over it and just sign. We told him that we were leaving and to have Frank call us when he got back. Magically Frank appeared 5 minutes later.
We showed Frank where the car was advertisied and even showed him the video of the commercial they ran for the car during the olympics and he said he knew of the commercial but said he would not honor the price. I told him that this is crap and is bait & switch and he walked away, so we got up and left.
I would reccomend you stay far away from this place!! The salespeople and GM are rude, unprofessional and flat out liars. I cant express this enough, don`t go there!!!!!

WORST Dealership I`ve EVER Had the Misfortune of Walking Into

Absolute WORST service I have ever been involved with in over 22 years of car buying. I should have known something wasn`t right when I ended up seeing 5 different employees, they pass you off from one to another, and then back again. I`ve always done business with Ford prior to this and have NEVER been passed around like this. I changed my mind about purchasing this automobile less than 24 hours later and returned t... view morehe automobile. I then began receiving harassing and threatening phone calls for the next week from the most unprofessional manager Frank. This man not only made multiple threats but was also screaming at me over the phone, demanding that I had to come in immediately to sign bank loan papers. I was initially dumbfounded that someone in sales could still have a job after speaking with customers in this manner. I refused to come in, he then told me fine, we are going to dump the car at your house and leave the keys in the car. Very strong arm tactics, threats, threats of lawsuits. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and have gone out of my way to tell everyone I work with to stay away from this company. FYI for anyone unfortunate enough to get involved with this company? Unless you sign bank loan papers, you do NOT own that car, no matter how much the manager Frank threatens you. I ended up hiring an attorney and once this dealership finally let me know who had approved my loan (they don`t want to tell you, they just want you to sign) the bank stated I do NOT own that car until I sign bank papers, the car dealership papers are worthless until the bank papers are signed. After explaining the situation to the bank they graciously decided not to give me the loan afterall :)
