They are good, but, you have to watch out what`s on the contract, read thoroughly and look at the charges. Do the Math every time they show you something and look what are the promotion or giveaways. You have to get something before you buy a car because you are spending a lot of money. We all deserve something like a Toyota Keyhain, ipad or something to make us happy. We spent $40,000 at the dealer and they neve... view morer give us nothing even though they had a mini ipad giveaways that day. They said I need the mailer, I told the salesperson that I got rid of the mailer & he said he can`t give me the mini Ipad :(. When I spoke to his Manager 2 days after I bought the car, he told me that I don`t need a mailer as long as I mentioned that I wanted the mini Ipad before we close the deal, so that, they will put that in the contract. I spoke to the Customer service manager, she did her best but no luck, I spoke to the salesperson`s Manager, still no luck. WHY? because the deal is over and no matter what I do they won`t give me the mini ipad anymore. It would be nice if the Manager offered me something like, a Toyota keychain, or a hat or something else, if they really can`t give me the mini ipad. At the end of the day I`m happy because I got 0 APR and 0 down even though I had a bankruptcy last year. I`m just sad because the Manager did not try to make us happy. The salesperson did great, Thank you JOHN GARTRELL!!!

The service department is always friendly, helpful and honest. I`ve never left there feeling like I`ve been ripped off (like some other mechanic shops). Chuck, Greg and Oscar have all been helpful. Love my reliable Toyota!

It was very good

The experience I had with Findlay Toyota was very good. Howie was looking for the right truck for me and when it came in he called. We worked out a price and quickly had an agreement. I found Findlay Toyota through Autotrader.. Howie Lederman was great.

What can I say, I wish other businesses would adopt your customer business model. Antwaun Bynum was 3 plays ahead of the game, he was great, I would have bought the whole dealership if I could, but due to cash constraints I left with a nice piece of it, a Toyota Corolla. Thanks guys

We will continue

We drove from NW Las Vegas because the Toyota dealer near us wouldn`t help us find 2 screws for our 2007 Tundra. Within 5 minutes Brian had located the parts we needed ! We will continue to use Findlay for our 3 Toyotas.
