Very sloppy work. Will never go back there again. Taking them to small claims court for bad work done to my vehicle. A shady place trust me.

The most honest repair shop I`ve ever done business with!

I had a shifting problem with my 96 Ford Ranger that acted and sounded like clutch and throw out bearing problem. Every place in town was charging 800 dollars and above for repairs. Randy and Gabriel at Pro Tech, quoted me 700 dollars for a complete repair and a much longer guarantee.Randy troubleshot my Ranger and informed me it wasn`t a clutch issue but a different problem involving the transmission`s shifter pins ... view morebearings and the motor mounts being out on one side (which I knew about). The repairs were done costing me about 200 dollars less. My Ranger shifts and sounds like the day I bought it over 15 years ago from the Ford Dealer. I just couldn`t believe the integrity Randy and Gabriel have. Other places would`ve stuck me with a clutch reapair and the other repairs for probably 1500 dollars when all was said and done. Unbelievably honest. This is the only place I`ll take my vehicles to for all thier repairs and you would be throwing hard earned money away if you don`t do the same! I Love These Guys! They Go The Extra Mile!

I began going to Pro-Tech Auto about 5 years ago. I was referred to them by a family member who worked with the one of the owner`s wife. I had been taking my Jeep Liberty to the dealership because as a female I didn?ˆ™t feel I could trust going to just any Auto Shop. I was immediately put at ease when meeting Randy Huburt, Co-Owner and mechanic. He was kind and patient, listening to me ramble on about what maintenance my Jeep may or may not need as opposed to what, I can at the time, afford to have done. My jeep and I were well taken care of. As a Hispanic I was also impressed with Gabriel Garcia, Co-Owner and mechanic. For those with friends or family looking for an auto shop with a Bilingual Mechanic, they can rest assured that they can communicate to Gabriel their automotive needs. A perfect example of the care and thorough work done by the guys at Pro-tech Auto: Last Winter my check Engine Light came on. Around the same time my Smog and registration were Due. As we all come to learn, most newer model cars do not pass their smog if the check engine light is on. Turns out I needed to replace a sensor that my dealership priced as a $800 repair. Pro-Tech took care of it for $420. But I was out of town when the repair was made and had only 1 day to go get my Smog done before my Registration was due. When I returned from my trip, I went from the airport straight to Pro-Tech Auto. To my surprise Randy had taken my vehicle to a Smog Test Station and had my Passed Smog sheet ready to go. Going the Extra Mile, that is what these guys do, They listen to your needs, they understand that auto care isn?ˆ™t always something we can afford and they work to give you solutions. They are both very knowledgeable in their fields, as you will see with many certifications dawning the lobby walls. I love these guys and I recommend them to everyone I know.
