Check For Leaks

I had 2 company vans in to replace windshields. Unfortunately I did not check them for leaks because he was recommended to me by family that just happens to be his family as well. I will not use Ricky and his crew again.

Had a shattered windshield to fix by Monday morning. Called 10:30 on Sunday morning, no answer. He called back 5 min. later, and opened up on Sunday for me. Call them!

Great Company ~ Great People

About a month ago I had to get new windshield and they were awesome. My ins company faxed them the paper work and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would and have recommended them to my friends!

No Show

Called for them to come out on a Monday between 10 AM and noon. Never showed up. Said they forgot to write it down. Rescheduled for a Tuesday between 5 and 6 PM. Again, never showed up. Called at 7 PM and left a message with my name and number. Still haven`t called me back. Do they really come to your house? Because they have yet to come to mine!

OK place to get glass work

I have used Burton Auto Glass twice. The first time, I had a really great experience. They were fast, and very affordable. They also did a great job. The second time I had them put a windshield in, they did not do such a great job! They did a bad seal job, so water dripped in my car when it rained. When I called them, they said my car frame was bent, and wouldn`t even try putting another seal in. My car frame is NOT ... view morebent. It didn`t leak before I got a new windshield. Overall, they are affordable.
