Dishonest

Anybody else skeptical that nobody seems to have any complaints about this place? I would highly, highly recommend getting a second opinion before sinking a lot of money into your vehicle at this facility. They installed the wrong parts on my vehicle, and on top of that, installed them incorrectly. They also did $1850 worth of unnecessary work. All of this was discovered by another mechanic...in order to be fair,... view more and not make it seem as though I am pushing business, I will not say who discovered it. Action One needs to retrain their mechanics.

Broke down after I had my truck fixed at a different shop- Action 1 picked up my truck from the parking lot where I broke down and fixed it the same day- Good as new. Very honest people, friendly and great service.
