Terrible Customer Service

The worst customer service I have ever gotten.
Unless you ""appear"" to have a lot of money, dont expect to get any help.
I even gave Airport Ford a second chance after a bad initial experience and I completely regretted it.
I would not reccomend Airport Ford to anyone for any reason.

this place is horrible.........

Hope you have a spare week to get your car fixed with these jokers. I made an appointment A WEEK AGO to have my power window fixed, because that was the soonest time they had open. Take them the car this morning. I hear nothing by 230pm so I call them. Put on hold for 20 minutes. They guy forgot I was on hold and answers the phone like I was a new customer. They ask me if they can call me back. I am working but agree... view more. They call me back and tel me that they may not get to my car today at all. I say I will bring it in tomorrow. I then ask if I bring it in tomorrow, will it be fixed tomorrow or will you have to order parts? He tells me he may have to order part. A week ago I asked this very same question and was told they would not have to order parts. I should have just went somewhere else and my issue would be fixed by now. Do not use this place just because they are a Ford dealer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!

AVOID THIS PLACE! They will try to scam you and do unnecessary work on your car to make a quick buck. Do not go here. Go somewhere else!!! The maintenance department has been HORRIBLE in my experience! Promise after promise, lie after lie. PLEASE do not go here. I cannot stress it enough!!
