This place is a joke.

I brought in my dodge ram to get the drive shaft replaced. I got it back and drove it a few miles down the road and IT FELL OFF!!! I was going 60 down the highway and this could have easily caused a wreck. When I told them about it they acted like they didn`t care. Never take your car here!!!

scam artists

I took my focus in there to get an electrical problem looked at. I got a call from them telling me they had broken my ignition and made ME pay for it. The inside was also covered in grease and grime from their mechanics. When I got back i discovered that they they also decided to do burnouts in my car in their parking lot. I would highly recommend never taking your car their. You`ll regret it later.

Good Service

This is one of the best automobile service centers in Portsmouth. Friendly staff, fair prices, knowledge, and the right equipment. I have used Knittel service center several times and I have never been disappointed.
