Last year I purchased a used Cadillac from Quantrell Cadillac. Thinking that they had such a great reputation I admittedly didn`t have the car checked out before the purchase. Fast forward a few months and the car needs almost $3000 worth of repairs, and I cannot recommend their repair service, either. I was promised my car would be ready in one week. A week passes and I am given a lame excuse about why it`s... view more not ready. They had started work on it, taking the engine out, so I was basically stuck until they decided to finally fix it. My advice to potential customers is to have any car you are interested in checked by your mechanic before your buy. Don`t trust them based on their being a high end dealer. And avoid their service department at all costs. They will delay, delay, delay. I just hope the repair work itself is better than their customer service.
