Our family loves this place. We bought a Lincoln MKX a couple weeks ago at Wickstrom and checked the JEEP Grand Cherokee at the same time. Best customer service!

The Ford service dept is excellent. Mike Murphy has taken great care of me over the years and I now service all of my personal and work vehicles with them, even our Chevy. Mike`s ability to go well above expectations and the fact that he treats me like I have a fleet of 50 vehicles to service sealed the deal for me. friendliest dealership ever

I was greeted when I walked into the dealership, I was asked if I needed help i said I was just looking for now, then i was told if I need help to let them know. When I did need help every question I asked was answered honestly. It was the best experience i`ve ever had buying a car. There service department was as as friendly as could be. I have sent my wife there for service and was worried they might try to add add... view moreitional items because she knows nothing about cars. They never tried to oversell her anything. I would never think about buying a car from anyone else. My salesman calls me occasionally to ask me how everything is going and never tries to get me to come in and purchase a new vehicle. Last the showroom and service department are very clean.

Wonderful Experience....Better than the Lexus Dealer

Incredible lounge, before I knew it the service on my vehicle was done... as i enjoyed my free starbucks while i checked my email on the MAC in the lounge. I own a Lexus but service at Wickstrom because they are quick, the place is spotless and a fair price. My wife drives a Ford and my daughter a Jeep both purchased from Wickstrom and we service all of our vehicles here........... Highly recommend GEO...

Unheard of Service

My past experience with car dealerships was filled with pushy salespeople. Not long ago, I pulled up to a Nissan dealership where three salespeople were outside the entrance smoking. One of them actually stomped out their cigarette in front of me and asked me if they could help me! Wickstrom Ford, by contrast, is the epitome of professionalism. Poor Service Department

Review: Clean and courteous the sales force seems good on new car sales. I have purchase two cars from them. (good experience both times) The bad: Their service department is a Rip off. Safety issues after repairs at Wickstrom, I would not recommend that you let them work on your car. I had a few problems after they worked on my car such as getting the car back with the same problem and having to pay 3 time... view mores to get the original problem fixed. The worst is my life was in jeaporty when I had a wheel lockup while driving after having a brake job from them .And the car had brake system damage after a brake job from them. They will not take any responsibility. So the brake job that you can get for around $600 is costing me close to $2000. I recommend that you avoid this dealership.

Excellent service

I have now purchased two vehicles from Wickstrom, an F150 and Mustang. I came away amazed both times. This was not with out doing some research. Both times I offered my business to the dealer located closest to my home, but in each instance Wickstrom won my business on price, and service.
With it my loyalty moving forward.
They never pressured me, but instead worked hard to make sure the decision to buy a ca... view morer from them was the right one. They were fair, honest, and dedicated to making sure I was satisfied, before, during and AFTER the sale.
I have recommended them to all my friends, and thought it worth taking the time to write this review.
So my advice is, forget about the dealer closest to your home, the service you get at Wickstrom is worth the drive. Rich

Excellent vehicles and salesmen and service

Wickstrom Ford has been my car dearler for the last 5 cars and I will always go back to them. Glenn is a wonderful salesman, who is not pressuresome and is very patient and understanding of all the questions and concerns. Bob L in service is also wonderful. He is very friendly and he explains in details the repairs that need to be done or have been done. He will let you know what you should have done to keep your car... view more running smooth. He always puts a smile on the ""next oil change date/milage sticker"" Most importantly, the cars that I have purchased, all pre-owned, have been reliable with the full history available on each vehicle. They are truly Hand picked cars.
