Had my car backed into and needed to get a new door. Took it to Waukegan-Gurnee Auto Body and they told me they could get started with it on Monday and to bring it in then. Said it might take until Friday at the latest, when I dropped it off said to give them a call on Thursday as it should be done by then, called me Wednesday afternoon and said it was done! I fortunately have not had the need of a auto body repair so I did not know what to expect. Waukegan Gurnee Auto Body experience; it was all good. They gave me an estimate, and I set an appointment. They were experienced and explained the entire process. The bottom line is they delivered my vehicle in a few days just like new. This is a business that works hard to make its customer?ˆ™s happy.

Job well done and on time, excellent pricing I had to put a review. I back in to my house smh and hit my rear view mirror, went to the deal and I wouldn`t even mention how much they wanted to get a new one and fix it. When I was in my car accident I was so devasted and stress-out to the max. I had never been in a wreck before and didn`t know what to expect and how difficult the whole process might be...what would I drive while my car was being repaired? Tom, the manager, was friendly, helpful and was very re-assuring. He worked with my insurance. My car was pretty banged up, but it took less than a week and it was done. The car looked GREAT!!! Really, really GREAT! My entire experience with Waukegan Gurnee Auto Body was positive. I really can`t say enough. I would use them again in a heartbeat...and the fact that they were family-owned just made it more real and pleasing to work with than anything.
