Good Work and Customer Service

I appreciate the customer service and fast work Gerber did on the chip in my windshield. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I had gone at the advice of my neighbor and glad I listened. The other shop I went to said I needed to have my windshield replaced, and I didn`t believe it, so tried Gerber. Good work folks, keep it up.

Warranty they dont back up.

In 2006 I had my car repaired at the Vegas location. Since then the hood they replaced and painted was reduced so badly to save materials that it has to be high speed polished every other month for the last 2 years. Also the bumper has a crack on the passenger side do the poor repair from a minor, parking lot, low impact collision. I have been trying to work with them since April of this year. Jumping through all the... view moreir hoops and still not getting anywhere. PPG says its craftsmanship of the painter, the crack of the bumper is obvious and I am not a body man. But the pressure on the bumper to close the gap between the fender is to much and could be avoided but proper repair. It was a under a 5 mile parking lot impact. how hard could it be???? ALL I WANT IS MY CAR REPAIRED!!

Great job but customer service ,Yikes..

I just have to say the work was incredible the paint job was awesome. I`ve been to many , many shops and never have I seen my car look better than even when I bought it... Crazy skills........ I don`t know why the complaints they gurantee the work people.. for life. Get a grip. Mistakes happen everywhere at least they fix it... The workers get 5 stars the front staff 3 stars.......... Wow. Awful Customer Service

I too wish I would have visited this site before I sent my car to Gerber. Unlike the other reviewers, the work on my car actually turned out okay, but the customer service was terrible! Not only was the communication between service personnel less than desirable, but one began yelling at me when I refused to sign a form stating I was responsible for the charges (which I wasn`t paying for). Things started looking u... view morep when my car was completed early, however when I went to pick it up, they had lost my keys. Be prepared to advocate for yourself if you go to Gerber.

Bad job, poor customer service

I wish I saw previous review before choosing the body shop. I would have never gone to this place. Job was done really bad, took three times longer than estimated. I was not even notified that other part got mysteriously broken all of a sudden, and Gerber ordered parts replacement few days after car should have been returned to me. Sloppy job, bad customer service. No communication on the status so I can plan accordi... view morengly. Never will recommend this shop, and will make sure Allstate - my insurance provider is also will be informed of the poor quality of service this shop provides.

Sloppy Job

I have never written a bad review before but feel very strongly about the work Gerber did to my car. The paint job was unprofessional (color doesn`t match and there are visible paint drips) Areas of my car, which were not supposed to be worked on, were damaged (dented and paint chipped) and the job took twice as long as anticipated.
