Even after dealerships failed to repair let alone diagnose problems Discount Tire always came through and at reasonable prices. Everyone I recommend Discount Tire calls me back telling me how pleased they were with the service and quality at Discount Tire. Discount Tire often does not charge for diagnosing if they cannot find the problem let alone fix it. Once I experienced an oil leak draining almost all the oil from the car and Discount Tire identified the problem as a loose oil drain plug. They changed the oil and acknowledged the problem paying for the towing and repairs.
