Service Department is very good.

Unfortunately, our 6-year old Ford Windstar has had a lot of repairs over the past year as things are starting to break. The service department at Arlington Heights Ford has been very good to us. We appreciate that they give us a free rental while they are repairing our van, as this is our only vehicle that can accomodate our family. They do not try to fix things that do not need to be fixed and they will always aler... view moret us if they see something that needs our attention.
