I made an appointment to test drive a Range Rover Sport on 10/30/13. My sales person KB Carney was really knowledgeable and accommodating; however, after test driving the SUV I realized it wasn`t for me. I told KB I needed to think about it because the vehicle didn`t drive the way I thought it would. I`ve always driven BMW cars and I wanted something that felt more like a BMW. KB suggested that I come back and test d... view morerive the Range Rover Evoque. I did and loved it! I traded in my BMW for the Evoque and don`t regret it. KB and Jeff K. didn`t an excellent job. I would recommend buying a car from KB because she`s not pushy like most car salesmen.

Would highly recommend to a friend or customer, The thing I liked about your dealership is when we called to ask about a price, the Sales Manager shot straight with us on price, didn`t give us a ""Gee I don`t know response like other dealerships"". Keep up the good work and customer service

All of the associates we dealt with were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with, from the sales associate, sales manager, and financial personnel to individuals who were not actually involved with the transaction at all.

Greatest Praise

The greatest praise that I have is that you guys did not try to play the finance game by asking how much we would be willing to pay a month for a car and then put us in something that we would not have been happy with as a way of meeting that monthly payment goal. That happened at another dealer (Chevy), and we were not happy.

Positive!!!

Just a 60 day checkup, but my first impression of your service department was very positive. The work took less time than expected, and the waiting area was clean with space devoted to work on my laptop. The service team was friendly and considerate.
