Great Service

I had a flat. Called MB Roadside Assistance. They referred me to C&D Towing. My husband then told me to call Allstate Motor Club so I wouldn`t have to pay since we had the membership. SO I did. They referred me to Wells Automotive. After waiting THREE HOURS for Wells, and by this time it was 5:45pm, they never showed up. ANd this was after repeated calls from Allstate to them and repeated lies that it was going... view more to be another half hour. SO I called C&D back and they came in an hour and 45 mins which was with their ETA and they were professional courteous and got the job done. I should have gone with C&D to begin with.

Poor Customer Service

My company`s box truck needed a tow. I am the owner of the company, the owner of the box truck, and I am female. This company was referred by another towing company that could not tow my truck. The male person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. He asked me what is the chassis. No one has ever asked me this question. I asked him what is a chassis. My question irritated him. He asked me what is the size ... view moreof the truck. I replied that it is a 12 ft box truck. That is not what he wanted to hear but was the only answer I could give him. I asked him to give me an example of the answer to this question because I did not know what he was asking. OMG! My questions and answers to his questions prompted a barrage of verbal insults from him. I would not recommend doing business with C & D Towing. My company prides itself on customer service and my employees would never speak to a potential customer in this manner.

Fantastic Auto Repairs

Convience is a very small problem only in so far as you can`t drop a car off late in the evening to be worked on the very next day. John Weinschenk has been our mechanic on all of our cars and we have always been extremely pleased with the service, thorough explanantions and fair pricing. Repairs are always finished in a very timely manner, usually in a day or two.
