Rude Employees
Someone at this business is extremely unprofessional and rude. These employees need to be trained in consideracy and tact. Technology does have issues and they need to understand that. I answered the phone at my place of business today and the phone beeped in my ear and then nothing. I stated our standard greeting, paused..said hello..paused..said hello and then hung up the phone. R&R employee called back and said ""... view moreDo you always hang up on your customers"" I profusely apologized and stated that I heard nothing on his end of the call, he said ""Im done talking to you"". That is not how you develop business to business relationships, nor how you speak to someone that is not in control of telephone connections. This call was recorded on our end as we track all of our toll free numbers, I was sure to listen to the recorded call to be sure I was not over reacting.

R&R is great!
The services provided here are great! I can see this shop is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to us customers. The prices are reasonable and I will be glad to return to R&R. I most certainly plan on referring this shop to friends and family! Keep up the awesome work!

R & R- TWO THUMBS DOWN. Disappointed on multiple fronts.
So we had our vehicle`s scheduled maintenance done here... buckle up. They lost a star for each significant problem.
Problem 1: Price. What we were charged when finished is not what we understood it to be going in.
Problem 2: Add-ons and deductions- when giving a deduction for bringing in OEM parts instead of using the NAPA parts they buy, their credit is less than what I paid, while the other NAPA... view more parts they use are more than the items quoted at the OEM dealer.
Problem 3: The vehicle has a leak that wasn`t there before service. They say they will take a look at it - I`m waiting to hear something like, ""that leak has nothing to do with the work we did."" I hope that`s not the case. Otherwise, I`m calling the BBB.
Problem 4: We don`t have much $$, so we shopped around, hoping to get a good deal. Up front, it sounded fine. When we asked for additional work (change the plugs), they charged **an hour labor** for 6 plugs, and installed downgraded plugs instead of the OEM plugs it comes with. And of course, they still charged more than NAPA quoted me for the same plugs when I called. They get a shop discount, and it looks like about 50% markup on their cost.
I think they are deceptive with their pricing- looking like they give a discount (maybe off the retail price that nobody uses), but actually their parts costed us more than the OEM quote. $8 oil seals from the OEM shop were $24, and on down the line.
Read the other reviews. Some have seen their price gouging- others apparently don`t check or don`t mind. Money`s too tight right now for me to get gouged like this.
Better work done faster could offset their price gouging, but I didn`t get that either.
When I called for Rick to discuss the bill, Tom (who originally quoted it) said Rick was busy and defended, albeit politely, their bill with justification against retail price. He ran interference and didn`t accept the opportunity to make the bill right.
Consider us once burnt customers who won`t give these guys a 2nd chance to do it again. Unless I get $100 back to make the bill equitable, this review is a BIG TWO THUMBS DOWN. If I get the money after complaining, it`s only one thumb down, for gouging us and hoping nobody notices. Very disappointing.

R & R Rocks!
R&R is probably the best place in town to take your vehicle. They do great work, help you understand the work that needs to be done, will do whatever it takes to get your work done. EVERYONE that works there is awesome. I`ve been to most of the more ""commercialized"" places in town and R&R beats most other prices for parts & labor. I`d rather have them work on any of my vehicles and would (& have) gladly recomme... view morended them to family & friends. Thanks Guys and Rose!

worst mechanical shop
The guy Tom in this store is a cheater!!!
My car has some alignment problem. I stopped by and asked them to check the car. They suggest to replace some parts that do not need to replace at all. I know this when I take the car to the other two auto shop (dealer and Sears). The most ridiculous thing is when I drop the car for repair they increase the price from the price we settle down two days before. To defend , I... view more decide to purchase the parts by myself since their price is double the price I can find from autozone. He agreed that I can use my own parts and only need to pay the left labor fee. But when I got the parts, you know what? they refuse to repair my car!!! This is the worst auto shop I have ever seen.

R&R is the place!!
Rick is a great mechanic. Truly a mechanic, not a parts changer. Don`t let his demeanor fool you. Real nice guy and helpful.
