The sales experience with Rocco was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of our questions. We felt extremely comfortable with his sales style - he was helpful without being pushy and that`s what brought us back to the dealership the day after our first interaction. At some of the other dealerships we had pushier sales people, and we had sales people that were too laid back, to a poin... view moret of seeming uninterested. Rocco walked that line perfectly. We knew that he would be motivated to work with us, but we did not feel pressured, and there were no gimmicks with him. We appreciated Rocco`s honesty with us throughout every step of the process. By far it was the best sales experience we have had, and we will certainly be referring friends and family who are looking for a new car to Rocco.
