Great auto body repair shop

Outstanding service and great repair. Thanks to James for excellent customer service and timely repair. Although the moron who hit my parked car left without leaving info, and the deductible at Christmas time was a big hit, these guys know what they are doing. And my car was shiny clean in and out when I picked it up. Thanks James and crew at European & US Car Service.

No Brainer

I have been bringing my car to European for the past few years. I have never been to a better shop. I haven`t had any problems that they can`t figure out and they can do the work when it`s best for me. So it`s a no brainer if there`s a problem just let them have the car for a day.

Highly Wreck - mend it !!

My car was involved in a hit & run and I took it to a number of body shops to get a quote. These guys at European & US car service on 4080 N Broadway were so professional. They helped me with the insurance company, they picked up my car and even vacuumed it before they gave it back to me. Price was good too. As for the repairs my car is like brand new, I am soo happy with it, I would highly recommend this shop

When Only the Best Will Do!

I have a 2004 BMW 325xi and this is the only place I go to for body work. I`ve had 3 repairs done here in the last year and a half and the finish is just perfect. I`m extremely particular when it comes to my car and the car looks and runs better after the crash than even before the crash! I have to admit that it`s expensive here, but money is not an issue if the other driver is at fault. Great Service, Excellent Work

Best body shop in chicago

I have a new BMW that got vandalized - Perillo sent me to european us who also happened to be certified adjusters of ameriprise (another plus) - when my car was done I noticed they went throughout and touched up dings as well as cleaned my entire car - all in a few days - I am very meticulous as most BMW owners are - when the #1 BMW dealer in the US send you to their shop they better be good and they are. Great Friendly Service

GREAT JOB!!! Love the service. My 2007 Nissan Murano got into a bad accident . I found European & US Car Service in a web search, really enjoyed viewing their web site. Love the jingle. So I called them and spoke to Warren and Matt. My work requires use of my car all day every day. So getting my car back on time was important to me. They delivered my Nissan on time, all work completed. No hassle.
