They got me a loan which I appreciated and when I paid of the vehicle I called to see when I would they would send the title, they told me that I would have to bring in bank statements to prove that I made the payments from my account, although they didn`t have any problem or need proof while they were taking my money for over a year. On top of that I have had to fix many things on the vehicle, including the fuel pump, that my mechanic informed me was super-glued together, I understand that they can`t be responsible for all of the parts on a vehicle, but seriously, how`d you miss that one on your inspection?

I bought my BMW here just because I fell in love with the car and needed a car asap! First I was told one price which then turned out to be wrong by 3 grand. Bought the car was happy until 4 months later it turns out the battery had a broken cell had to tow the car, the car had a remote starter to which i had no remote, car stopped turning one one day had it towed to BMW, BMW service advisor tells me everything thats... view more wrong with the car is not something I could do in a 4 month time period so $4,000 later BMW has finally almost fixed my car for good. Thank You Superior. Went everywhere trying to first get a good running, inexpensive car and then get financing. What an experience I had. Wish I would went to Superior first. Staff was to the point, courteous and gave me some great choices, and it was affordable.Thank You again

Superior is great at getting you into a car. How long the car would run is another story. I bought a car 3 weeks ago, and it is now sitting in my garage, and I am back to renting a car to get to work. I called to ask if I could use the warranty anywhere. I was told that I could only bring the car to them. REALLY HELP ME

SUPERIOR WAS ABLE TO HELP WHEN THE LAST 11 DEALERSHIPS TOLD ME MY CREDIT WAS JUST TOO BAD. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS HELPFUL NOT JUST DURING THE SALE BUT AFTER AS WELL. I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 8 MONTHS AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM VERY WILLING TO DO WHAT I NEED. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GREAT. THESE GUYS UNDERSTAND THAT NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD THE USUAL PRICES FOR REPAIRS. Great at selling a car and giv...

Great at selling a car and giving you the guidelines to what is and is not covered under warranties, but not great at keeping up with what you pay for. The mechanic last summer was awful, making gay remarks and was greatly immature. When asking for the owner there are multiple people who claim they are the owner, so you are never sure who you are talking to when there is a problem with the staff. They have replace... view mored their staff and are still not helpful at all. Problems with the car from last summer that the car has been brought in repeatedly for "there is no record of anything" and still having these problems that the car is now being brought elsewhere for, although there was a substantial amount of extra money paid at signing for the extended warranty. They also tried charging for what their workers messed up on the car. The GM is not helpful at all and finally refused service on the vehicle that a warranty has been paid for because of their problems with their records of appointment dates and times. When correcting their mistake the response was "too bad" and hanging up the phone. I would not recommend going to this dealership at all, and I definitely will not be back in the future.
