I was recently in an auto accident and had my car towed to Meramec Heights Collision Center and I am so happy I did. The staff was great and the owner Sheena was amazing. They kept me in the loop the whole process calling every week to update me and when I could expect my vehicle back. My car was towed to Sheena`s shop and I was frazzled. She talked me through the process, told me what to expect, took care of dealing with the insurance adjusters and handled everything. I backed into a telephone pole...

I backed into a telephone pole at my new condo - first day that I was moving my stuff in. One quick call to Meramec, and they called the tow truck, arranged for Enterprise to come pick me up with a car, dealt with the insurance company, fixed the car and returned it to me looking great - inside and out! I recently took my vehicle to Meramec Collision for repair from an accident. I personally worked with the owner, which was quite inviting being a female and knowing this shop is owned by a female. The shop took care of arranging my rental car and having it there when I dropped my car off for repair. They worked directly with my insurance company on the estimate and repairs, which was great being that I did not h... view moreave to sit on the phone and deal with the insurance company. My car was clean and perfect when I picked it up, they took care of getting the rental car back and even followed up with me later to make sure the car was up to my standards. I rate their service and customer service well and highly recommend them.

I just picked up my Mustang fr...

I just picked up my Mustang from Meremec Heights Collision Center. I was very impressed with the overall experience. They arranged for my rental, had it there on time, and took care of the return on it. Their estimate was $400 below the dealer and $200 below the insurance company. When I picked up my car, they had washed and polished the entire car, vaccuumed and cleaned the windows! A friend referred me to Meramec Heights Collision Center and I thanked them for the referral. I will refer my friends too. In the past I have always used the dealer for body repairs, but I will return to Meramec Heights for my future body repairs. Great job!

Take your car somewhere else!! Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision when I chose this shop to repair my vehicle after being in an accident. First they lied to me about the difference between their original estimate & the insurance company`s adjusted estimate. I was told that the price difference was in the labor charges. I was also never shown the estimate. It wasn`t until the insurance company sent me a copy... view more, that I noticed that the price difference was in the parts & not the labor, as they told me. Prior to dropping my car off at this shop, I had stressed to them on the phone, that I did not want aftermarket body parts put on my vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, this shop ordered aftermarket parts anyway, without my approval, & were going to put them on my car without my knowledge. When I contacted them about this, they offered no apologies for their dishonesty & made no attempt whatsoever, to honor my request. Therefore, I opted to take the car to a different shop. The day I picked up my car, they overcharged me for taking 3 parts off of my vehicle & also charged me a restocking fee to send back the aftermarket parts that I never approved or told them to order. I was also told that I would be charged additional fees for them to check my vehicle for a mechanical problem that surfaced after the accident, even though they were going to be doing the work on my car. They had also given me an estimate of $1,300 to paint my back bumper & fix a small area on my rear panel. I was given an estimate of $600 to have exactly the same work done at the second shop that ended up repairing my vehicle. The owner of this shop was very rude to me when I questioned why they did not discuss the estimate with me & the price difference. He told me that the estimate "didn`t matter anyway." I told him that it certainly DID matter because it was my vehicle & I had the option to choose whether or not I wanted aftermarket parts put on my vehicle. They were deceptive, rude & overcharged me fees that I HAD to pay in order to get my car out of their shop. Dishonest & very poor business practices.
