I was rear ended December 2010...

I was rear ended December 2010. They took longer than the insurance allowed for the rental car and had to beg the insurance company for 1 more day. If that wasn`t bad enough the rear defroster didn`t work and a couple of inside trim pieces were missing. I took it back to get fixed and they assured me that we fixed and tested it and it works fine. They also installed the missing trim pieces. The rear defroster still d... view moreidn`t work. By this time it was getting warmer and hard for me to test so I waited until it got cooler and took it in to get fixed. It worked this time for the most part. There was still one small section that wasn`t defrosting but by this time I was tired of dealing with them and was going to let it pass. The first day that I really needed to use it, about a week after it was "fixed", I was sitting in a parking lot with my back facing a building with no traffic around. Nothing could have possibly hit the window. I get ready to get out of my car and I hear a "pop" and the rear window cracks. I told Kulavics what had happened, thinking they would fix it because there was obviously a defect in the glass or installation, or both. They told me they would not do anything because I have no proof and that anything could have happened to it. With all of the problems I`ve had with this window, I thought they would have figured out that the window was defective. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
