Went to have my 2005 350z repa...

Went to have my 2005 350z repainted red. I also brought a bumper to be painted and mounted. He drilled the holes in the new bumper while it was on the car and now the OEM bumper won`t attach using the plastic clips because the holes are too big. There are tons of swirl marks and it definitely doesn`t look like a new paint job. There is overspray on the windows, the side mirrors, and one of the windshield wipers. They... view more painted dirt into the side skirts. There are dull spots in the paint from overbuffing. The entire engine bay was covered in primer dust from sanding. The driver side carpet was also covered in primer dust. They never call to inform you it will be late, and it is always later. The aftermarket I bought was painted so poorly (bumbles in the paint, you could see red underneath a portion that was painted black, and the terrible mounting job I paid an additonal $100 for them to do) that the owner agreed it needed to be repainted. I then told him I would get an OEM one to paint and not to worry about the aftermarket one. So I traded another 350z owner for his 06` bumper for my aftermarket one. I then took this 06` bumper to the owner 1100 a.m. on Wednesday March 21st. On Monday the 26thl at 5:00 p.m. I called to check the status. I was informed by the owner he hadn`t even started on it and that it would be ready on the next Monday of the 2nd. When I called that following Monday I was told it would be ready on the following Wednesday the 4th. When I called on Thursday I was told that he had primed and painted it, but just went ahead and got a "new" bumper. When I asked if he had got an 06` one since that is what I brought in, he then stammered and said "I got what was listed on the paperwork I had for you." When I asked why he didn`t call me before buying the new one his response was "really, after I got you a new bumper your gonna ask that." They did not remove any dimples by feeling them in with primer before painting. Overall the shop is unproffesional, always late, and has a very poor finished product. I paid them $2400 and I feel I should have paid them $1200 for the result I got. Please avoid them for your own sake.
