I heard great things about your dealership from Friends in Orlando and worked with Lou Defabrizio and Aaron D`Amico to get everything in line to buy a new Frontier SV 4x2 truck with the SV Value Truck Package over 4 visits. I wanted the Graphite Blue and they mentioned they could get one in 48 Hours, so to be helpful I let them know that Nissan.com showed on at the Universal Nissan location in hope that help them. Sunday I went to your beautiful new dealership and scheduled me coming out today Monday August 14 2013 as was told to come in soon to make sure they could get the truck I wanted from another dealership so I took time off of work today and met with Aaron at 9:30am who started to do Paper work. Next met his Sales manager Edgardo Jimenez and everything went south. Edgardo would not honor the trade in price , had listed the incorrect USAA discount price as well as said they only could use the USAA discount if I finance with Nissan (This is not correct and has USAA asking for the name of the dealership due to improper practices) Next he did not honor selected truck that Aaron and Lou setup, he said I could not get the Truck due to was not on site. I mentioned them getting the one I want in 48 hours as I am not rushed and did not want any extra cost hitting the dealership and he let me know they did not have what I wanted in any of their dealerships. I mentioned in no rush again and could wait if needed but he was not interested. So.... your sales folks made verbal agreements and then the Sales Manager Edgardo would not honor them - the trade-in value, the USAA discount, the approved Truck as well tried to have me accept a finance rate 4 times higher then what USAA offered me. I told him I would no longer work with him and that they need better communication or training between him and his sales folks and asked to talk to his manager. I met with Laz Lopez and he seemed bothered and not interested in the issue so left it with this is what we have and that is all we can do. As I left with my USAA auto loan check in hand I called Aaron to let him know that I appreciate his time and that they need better coordination so what sale person offers a Sale manger can honor it and that if they ever get Frontier SV 4x2 truck with the SV Value Truck Package on the lot to give me a call and I would let him know if I still was interested. I let them all know I would be contacting you as well as USAA to be fair and sad to say I will either wait to buy a car or go to another Nissan dealership; as well as when my Friends ask how did it go I will be letting them know of this bad experience and who they should not deal with going forward at this location. I did send a note to Managing partner U.S. Marine and hope sharing my bad experience will help the dealership improve and let others have good experiences going forward.

I recently bought a Ford Explorer from Elvis @ Sutherlin (Yeah his name is really Elvis! Great Guy!) Well 3 days after I was going to go somewhere and I put it in reverse and BAM !!! the transmission slammed hard! I called them and I don`t know what you know about Car Dealers and Used Car sales? Went to Sutherlin Nissan to look at the new Murano Cabriolet loved it but it was a little out of my price range. While there looked at a new Maxima and could not believe how nice it drove. After a short negotiation decided to take it home. The process was easy and Susan could not have made it any easier. I will recommend Susan and Sutherlin Nissan to all my friends and family. I went to Lake Nissan dealersh...
I went to Lake Nissan dealership, went in . we were so far apart on a deal. Called me three days later & told me they had a better deal (didn`t change) same O same O. Delayed me from getting the keys to my autos. That didn`t please me at all with a wasted trip (second time). Wrote them off, that`s it! Will never go there ever again.

Mr. Moody is was very kind and accomodating. He always goes the extra mile to please the customer. Also the service dept is very efficient, organized, and reasonable. They are always very friendly and do a good job. This is why I drive the 40 minutes to get my service done here. Thanks

The dealership has COMPLETELY improved
The dealership has COMPLETELY improved from the last time I was in 3 years ago! It was very clean, professional and a welcoming place to conduct business. In the end, the limited 2 person backseat of the convertible Murano was too limiting so I went with a new 2011 Murano LE. The deal I was offered was more than fair and the process went very smoothly from the sales process and working with the finance department. I was just pulling out of the parking lot with my new Murano and Carlos from the Service Department even came out to tell me congrats and let him know when I need my first oil change.

I buy parts from this company all the time and am always completely satisfied with the service that is provided. I would not call anyone else for Nissan parts. Hands down the best in Florida.
