I brought my 2003 Chrysler Town&Country to Griffis this am thinking I had something wrong with my front end. After Kelley and his crew inspected, test drove my vehicle they came in and talked things over with me about the van then drove and inspected the van again. Fixed my truck fast - My truck...

Fixed my truck fast - My truck overheated on a Sunday night and was towed to Griffis Automotive. They checked it out first thing on Monday and my truck back on the road the same day. They gave me a good price and fast service what more can you ask for. I tell all my family and friends to see Dave, he will treat you right.

Wicked awesome

I first walked into Griffis Automotive Clinic and was promptly greeted and treated very nicely. They took care of all of my concerns and actually fixed a couple things I didnt even know where wrong. They will get all of my business in the future and I will tell everyone I know about this wonderful establishment.

Spend $5K on a new engine that...

Spend $5K on a new engine that I never really needed with a NEW water-pump included. Did NOT replace the water-pump as quoted and installed the old one back without my consent. The installation was done so bad that it came loose while driving to work over 100 miles away from home and now they refuse to pay the towing bill. I found dirty rags inside the new engine, AC conductor covers and other parts missing were dump... view moreed on the back of the van! After the installation the car was doing exactly the SAME issue he said was the reason WHY we needed a new engine to begin with. I finally took the van to the dealership and we were also told that spark plug cables and other parts that should have been replaced were OUTDATED. We tried to reason with this guy and he refuses to pay the towing bill unless we sign a release to come back for repairs if something goes wrong with his lousy work. TO MAKE IT WORSE, we just fond out that the warranty on the engine is VOIDED because they did not replace the water pump as required, as quoted AND as expected.

Best Automotive Technician in Lake or Sumpter County

I have taken my personal vehicles and my commercial van to Griffis Automotive since he first opened. I was introduced to David when he was the master tech at a local Ford Dealership. I always asked for David to work on my automobiles while he was there. Since he opened his own shop, I continued to take my vehicles to him. He and Melony are wonderful to deal with.
