what a bad staff..

i call asking for the manager or the owner.. and one of their staff answered the phone said that non of them was here then hang up the phone.. for me i think they lose a good potential client.. ive been shopping around asking prices to fix my 1965 FORD MUSTANG and see if they can do some thing about the body... but with the horrible staff they have i dont think they are able to fix anything..
